Black Panther organisation claims Wis. cops assaulted 10-year-old girl

Members of an armed Black Panther organisation have threatened to sue a city of Milwaukee for $400 million after military officers allegedly assaulted a immature lady and illegally confiscated their guns during a new “feed a people” event.
