“There are so many haters who don’t know aptness during pregnancy and call my profound abs nauseous or consider I’m too skinny,” Rumyantseva told Redbook. “A lot of people consider that pregnancy is like illness and consider we should spend it fibbing in bed, though that’s not healthy.”
One quite nasty criticism even indicted her of faking a pregnancy and formulation to adopt, given her swell is so tiny.

But a prohibited Miami mom is holding it in stride.
“Haters don’t worry about my #30weeks #pregnantbelly,” she posted progressing in her pregnancy. “Of each 10 persons who speak about you, 9 will contend something bad, and a tenth will contend something good in a bad way.”
Her amicable media feeds inspire moms-to-be to stay active during pregnancy — after consulting with their doctors, of course.
“The old-school meditative about #pregnancy was that women should #exercise really little–or not during all. Fortunately, times have changed, and doctors customarily advise trusting #mothers to stay active,” posted Rumyantseva, who couldn’t be reached for comment.

“The haters can lick my CrossFit a–,” she wrote during a time.
