Julia Roberts unloads her Greenwich Village apartment

Actress Julia Roberts has reportedly sole her Greenwich Village pad for $5.35 million within days of putting it on a marketplace this summer — removing scarcely $1 million some-more than a strange seeking price.

The buyers are banker Nicolas de Croisset and his new wife, Vogue special events associate Phoebe de Croisset, according to a New York Observer.

The 2,000-square-foot penthouse, during 45 W. 10th St., has a beachy, Hamptons feel with lots of light, a rooftop patio with World Trade Center views, and a wood-burning fireplace. The “Pretty Woman” star bought it for $3.89 million in 2010.

She still owns an unit in Gramercy Park, though unloaded a Village penthouse since she’s spending most some-more time in L.A., the Daily News reported over a summer. She has a home in Malibu with hubby Danny Moder.
