There’s a new breakfast and snacking trend in town. And this time, there’s no bread involved. Whaaaa?
Blogger Kelsey of Little Bits Of started a trend in May, when she was feeling a small peckish and detected something truly magical: we can cocktail thinly sliced honeyed potato in a toaster for a super healthy, tasty treat.
Now EVERYONE is doing it. Because it’s super easy, looks imagination on a ‘Gram, and we can pat yourself on a behind for being all healthy any time we eat it.
