Kristi Yamaguchi tweets during Nancy Kerrigan to ‘break a leg’

Kristi Yamaguchi is going to have to cha-cha her approach out of this one.

Yamaguchi tweeted during associate former Olympic figure skater Nancy Kerrigan, who’s now competing on “Dancing with a Stars,” and wished her good fitness by revelation her to “break a leg.”

Directed toward anyone else, a view is trusting enough. But a word takes on new definition for Kerrigan, who famously had her leg bashed with a military rod during a U.S. Figure Skating Championships in 1994 in an conflict designed by a ex-husband of her rival, Tonya Harding.

Of course, Yamaguchi expected wasn’t throwing shade. The 45-year-old — who herself won “Dancing with a Stars” in 2008 — and a 47-year-old Kerrigan are friendly, and mostly competed on a same circuits together in a early ’90s.

For her part, Kerrigan seemed unbothered by a tweet, and responded to Yamaguchi saying, “Thank we @kristiyamaguchi for a advise!! It really is helping!”
